Dear hiring manager or to whom it may concern: I have 5+ years of experience as a lead supervisor, 5+ years as a sales associate and 3 year in leadership roles experience. The skills I’ve obtained as lead associate in Amazon and my previous customer service skills will transcend and complement my position of becoming customer service representative and/or sales associate. I am knowledgeable in a lot of positions requirements because I have worked and had these position's responsibilities before.
