Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing are in line with the estimate.
Notify all service advisors, technicians and customers when special ordered parts have been received.
Follow up on all back-ordered parts.
Receives and ship parts in accordance with company policies; hazmat and/or dangerous goods certifications.
Maintains inventory on shelves and in bins by reporting items needing to be reordered, identifying any discrepancies in stock levels, and returning unsold items to stock.
Retrieves(pull) purchased parts from inventory or if requested parts are not in inventory determines availability, prepare parts requisition, and submit orders as required.

-(ITQA) In Transit QA provides the ability to detect, view, research, correct, and reroute otherwise address-distressed packages, prior to package arrival at the destination station. My task is to improve service and reduce unassigned packages on the inbound sort (i.e.,999s) by continuously proving pre-station en route address improvement functionality, and providing systems which identify as many address-distressed packages ahead of arrival as possible.-Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions-Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area-Ensures all packages receive appropriate scan statuses. Inspects and handles hazardous material damages as per policy-Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of packages that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day
