Currently providing comprehensive school counseling support to students in academic, career, and social-emotional areas at Fairview High School. Collaborate effectively with other counselor team members, sharing knowledge and resources to offer exceptional guidance and support to students. Work closely with administration on tasks including 504 plans, IEPs, discipline, and MTSS implementation. Strong connections with students, staff, and families, along with a commitment to community involvement and Fairview High School, enhance the overall support and guidance offered.

Provided comprehensive counseling support to a diverse population of students, primarily from underprivileged backgrounds and Spanish speaking. Tailored counseling approaches to address students' unique cultural and linguistic needs, ensuring they received equitable and accessible support. Offered culturally relevant resources to empower students and their families in achieving academic and personal success.

Served students aged 5-14 with social-emotional and academic learning and growth. Concentration working with students on conflict resolution with peers: saw positive measurable results.

Oversaw all athletic administrative duties in support of student-athletes, coaches, and the Athletic Director within the athletic department. Demonstrated expertise in adhering to CHSAA guidelines, rules, and compliance standards. Collaborated closely with athletic director, coaches and student-athletes across a range of areas including eligibility, registration, game scheduling and events, staffing, team budgets, transportation, signing days, and event planning.

Created, coached and directed Douglass Elementary School Running Club with over 250 student participants. Two month training program that culminated with jog-a-thon fundraiser for school.

Sponsored athlete representing sports brands in national and international competition including National Championships, Olympic Trials, Olympic Games, & World Championships. Highly effective PR skills and experience in speaking engagements, press conferences, and event promotions.
