Franchise Support & Development (REMOTE/Long Term Contractor/Part-time)
- Manage all incoming franchise sales leads and interest and effectively review candidates for quality, qualifications and character. Develop relationships with potential franchisees through continual contact during exploration period and assist in franchise launches and long-term support for new franchise partners. Manage all on-boarding duties and facilitate training processes of new franchisees while getting to know them and assisting when necessary.
- First contact for all potential candidates with interest in the franchise system. Continual follow up to explain franchise model and determine candidate qualifications.
- Maintain Insightly CRM database software and utilize specialized tools like DocuSign, training platforms, file sharing systems, etc.
- On-boarding duties include, domain creation, email creation, maintain franchisee databases, etc.
- Keep map software and mapping system current with franchises as well as franchise candidates to ensure no franchise infringement.
- Calendar and file system management for entire organization.
- Manage all vendor relationships so franchisees have a greater reach and offerings.
- Track, monitor and mentor new franchisees in all aspects of training and assimilation of training materials.
- Manage all legal Franchise Disclosure Document updates and information.
- Maintain MailChimp/mass email campaigns and communications, including content and distribution list up keep. Writing assignments on an as needed basis for weekly franchisee communications.
- Manage other franchisee portals including training platforms, intranet and other franchisee documents.
