Every Sunday, occasionally during the week day and during the summer weeks, I take care of and teach children ranging in age from infants to kindergarteners, while their parents attend church services, meetings or events at the church. During this time, I supervise around 15 children, along with another co-worker. I am responsible for ensuring they play safely with one another, taking them to large group activities, and reuniting them with their parents safely.
