For a small amount of time, Before the shutdown, I provided service as a Food runner. Duties consisted of, Serving guests meals they requested as they watched films in a timely manner. On my own accord, I personally made sure each guest felt welcomed and went beyond to ensure they were treated well at the end of every showing. I took any complaint as a chance to improve and strove to make sure every guest felt as if they were home. At the end of the shift, I entered each theater room to be thoroughly cleaned as if it were my home. From this line of work, I've obtained useful abilities from this experience. I can multitask, withstand a fast paced environment, Maintain professional behavior and understanding of time management.
With almost two years of experience, my responsibilities within my assigned area were handling daily earnings and transferring them to the safety deposit room after every shift, processing daily earnings, assisting the kitchens with prepping & serving the food when needed. I worked at the Johnny Rocket's restaurant and Gotham chicken tender stall. Standing up to 14 hours maximum, I handled the register & the line by deep frying tenders and fries. At end of shift, I assisted with prep for the next shift cleaning with the sanitization procedure and restocking fridges. As being part of six flag's team, I also provided information to our guests seeking additional guidance with a great attitude and smile. In the process, I've adapted new knowledge to be business oriented, acquired listening skills, the ability to work under pressure, the ability to multitask and maintain a good attitude, leadership skills, an ability to organize and execute effectively. Within My time at Six Flags, I've gained some knowledge overall in general of how to achieve maximized customer satisfaction through using these abilities I’ve learned.
