- Performed daily job safety analysis, identified and provided continuous certifications and tapered trainings to mitigate hazardous risks during for all workers and visitors at job sites. This measure was applied per program/project within all three facilities.
- Reviewed P.O's, PCO's, scope letters, submittals, master BOMs, buy-outs, take-offs, page-turners, blueprints, schematics, specifications,MRS Logs, liabilities, drawing details and more to create realistic expectations ahead of time and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE standards and more before installations began.

Began at single digit profit margins of returns to averaging 25-35% returned profits after final closeouts. Program budgets increased from $58,600 to $3-$7Million budgets each Purchase Order.
