  • Worked alongside corporate management such as President, Vice President, Operations Managers, Production Managers, Project Executives, Project Coordinators, Senior Project Managers, General Foreman, Foreman, Divisional Safety Director, Business Marketers, Clients, Corporate Training Directors, subcontractors, vendors and all qualified field hands. Together we accomplish outstanding work goals according to each program's aggressively demanded schedule. This level of execution created long term and concrete relationships that met customer satisfaction, company branding and contributed to 3/4 of the companies international $2.2B yearly revenue.
  • Performed daily job safety analysis, identified and provided continuous certifications and tapered trainings to mitigate hazardous risks during for all workers and visitors at job sites. This measure was applied per program/project within all three facilities.
  • Reviewed P.O's, PCO's, scope letters, submittals, master BOMs, buy-outs, take-offs, page-turners, blueprints, schematics, specifications,MRS Logs, liabilities, drawing details and more to create realistic expectations ahead of time and ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE standards and more before installations began.
  • Completed final walk-throughs at job sites to close out programs and guarantee all ROJ dates met our client's fast paced scheduling demand per switchboard enclosure.
  • Achieved timely aggressive completions per Purchase Order with strict adherence to budget constraints and quality standards. These accomplishments provided the company to grow from a single program in a 48,000sq/ft building to operating over 50 simultaneous programs in multiple buildings ranging from 170,000sq/ft-340,000sq/ft. Management and supervisor positions increased from 3 personnel to over 60 personnel. Field hands grew from 15 personnel to 300+ personnel in a 5 year timeframe. Began at single digit profit margins of returns to averaging 25-35% returned profits after final closeouts. Program budgets increased from $58,600 to $3-$7Million budgets each Purchase Order.
