Duties and Responsibilities

• Review project specification and documents to create various technical drawings.
• Ensure Electrical & Elv design drawing asper the latest Architectural and structural drawings.
• Attend technical meeting with engineers to prepare shop drawings.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings (Small power,lighting)
• Prepare Elv shop drawings (CCTV,PA,Access control,Telecom,Gate barrier,Intercom,Smatv)
• Prepare As built drawing asper the marking drawing from site team.
• Experience ELV / Security systems and detailing by AutoCAD software
• Preparation of CCTV control room layout
• Preparing Schematic Diagram all ELV system
• Designing a complete solution based on the customer’s requirement and consultant’s specifications.

• Prepare single line diagram for above services

PROJECT :QATAR RAIL MAJOR STATIONS

(INTERNAL ROAD, STRUCTURE, MEP &UTILITIES MUSHEIREB & EDUCATIONCITY)

• Msheireb Station is one of the biggest underground Metro stations, where three different lines, Msheireb is the main interchange station and will be completed as part of the three Doha Metrolines —Red,Green,and Gold—delivered in the first phase of the landmark nation wide infrastructure project

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing Updating drawing Elevation, Section and Detailing of architectural works
• Preparing survey coordinates and exchanged survey data coordination with Surveyors and Engineers
• Preparing all wet utilities shop drawings
• Preparation of storm water, foul water layout, profile & schedule
• Updating the model as per the instruction of site as built data
• Ensure and check all drawings are dimensioned prior to distribution
• Preparing as built Survey report of as required and site conditions etc.

Projects:

• Villa projects (Various villa and commercial projects in Ain Khalid, Hilal, Al-Khor etc.)

• Residential Villa Projects: (A joint venture by City star builders and A.M
• Construction 25 villa)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to prepare shop drawings, section drawings, Elevation drawing using AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• Prepare estimate of construction materials, and labor cost
• Preparation of construction documents, building permit, clearance, plan, and other requirement for building construction of new project
• In housing project, we need to coordinate with the Project Engineer and site Engineer for the construction detail, and some information of the project
• Submit the weekly accomplishment of the housing project and weekly billing
• Coordinate the buyer or supplier for what type and quality of materials that needed at the site.
