Dress into our ESD attire (shoes,smock,and hairnets). Check the schedule for our particular machines, check supplies and insure safety procedures are followed. Load machine with supplies, load machine program, measure and prepare soldering paste for jig, check for components that are low on the reals and replace them. Start the machine watch the first mother board go thru ensure it has the right amount of coverage, send it thru the first pass of components check board to make sure all parts are placed correctly If they are missing or crooked you must adjust the settings, send into next pass and check to make sure all ic's are in the right polarity, send into the oven check the board when it exits the oven ,if everything is good you can begin production.
