Process high volume of information with accuracy and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Acts as a receptionist for visitors, serves as a central contact for telephone calls, and distribution point for paperwork, laboratory, and test results. ranging from admitting patients to scheduling appointments.
