Service Excellence Award 2024

This was a total shock to me because I strive for total quality in my work performance, not looking for recognition for doing my job. On each call I took from our Service Members, Veterans, Retirees and their families allowed me to communicate with compassion and care and showed them that their opinion and service mattered. I tried to always be friendly, courteous and respectful. And one day my Manager called me to the office, me not knowing what it was about, my manager said to me I know if I don't tell you this you won't go to North Carolina, North Carolina for what? You were nominated for the Service Excellence Award and you have to go to North Carolina, you and your family. I was speechless. But it was an accomplishment that I still cherish and appreciate. I have my award on my wall from Service Source, Inc. thank you
