My position manually extracts data that the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process did not recognize while the information moved through the RMS data processing platform.


Duties:

  • Maintain a data base of classified information with data entry and auditing of customers.
  • Resolving discrepancies.
  • Identify any program issues and report to management
  • Posting of payments (checks, credit cards, etc.)
  • Complied with HIPAA guidelines
  • I worked with my team members in achieving daily departmental goals. We process doctor, dental and hospital office information with the customer/client satisfaction as our goal. I work between 9-11 programs currently.
