  • Coordinate with Unit employees to obtain accurate mileage reports ensuring that mileage as well as time is charged to associated project budget. Enter meter readings into Edison to maintain accurate mileage records.
  • Maintain project records and post all project records to TDOT CMS server. Check Contractor payrolls to ensure adherence to Wage scale compliance according to TDOT policy. Complete final record protocols such as running Installed Work Item reports, Project Closeout reports, Over-run reports, Final estimate report, Prompt payment report placing these into the End of Job Folder. I also enter key dates associated to project completion in Site Manager pertaining to Start of Project, to Completion date of the project.
