In my years I have set up adds and fulfilled many interviews with families.

I have had to make families get to know and trust me in a very brief amount of time, standing out from dozens of other options.

They are trusting me with their children, the most important decision in a parents life! Doing so in the most honest way with out persuading them into something I can not commit to, causing problems down the road.

A little pat on the back here (I have never had a family choose elsewher)! I have been doing this for 20 years.

Prior to this I worked as a nanny for 7 years in part of that 7 years I was nannying for 2 families at once.

Prior to that I worked at a large intergenerational daycare center with children and elders.

So working with and talking to others is natural to me!
