    Led expansion of PACU from a 24 bed unit to 39 bed unit with expansion of Phase 2 recovery with added patient populations to same day discharge such as knee and hip arthroplasty replacements, hysterectomies and spinal surgeries with 85% + discharge rate routinely. Average discharge of 35-40 patients daily.

    Advisor to Patient Experience Team which provided support to staff in providing excellent patient care which led to highest patient satisfaction scores in system for day surgery at 89.1 for FY 24 and remains high for FY 25.
