· Determines initial and continued eligibility for potential housing program participants.

. Verifies information received from applicants such as income, assets, and allowances, to include public assistance to determine continued eligibility for housing assistance or to make interim adjustments due to changes in financial circumstances of participants.

· Process move-in(s), port-in(s), interim changes and submit to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as required.

. Oversees issuance of vouchers authorizing participants to rent housing based on the housing subsidy standards.

· Responsible for all data entry associated with the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

· Maintains confidentiality of information consistent with applicable federal, state and county and HACS rules and regulations.

• Serve as an advocate for family restoration and rebuilding
