Responsible for all matters pertaining to crane and rigging needs. I supervise all operators and job sites where the cranes are being used. I am responsible for the hiring and disciplinary actions for all the operators. I am responsible for the maintenance, safety and produce production when transporting each crane from one location to another. That also includes keeping up with the maintenance and decision making when it comes to the mechanical needs to the various cranes. I over see the logistics load out to insure all crane parts are loaded and unloaded correctly. I also handle the pre-construction visits/meetings with various general contractors before our part of work starts. I provide lift plans, crane information, crane work path, operator information and on-site planning on the best plan to build the crane safely and efficiently. I oversee all the rigging needs that includes making sure the rigging we need for the job is complete and in capacity with the weight needed to be lifted.
