I worked in three areas kitting, assembly and shipping.
Kitting: There is 4 different roles. Bays 1-3 picks food out of the bays and puts them in bags ranging 500-350 bags per hour. A labler that puts the lable on the bag an folds it. Stacker which puts the bags in crates, stacks them 5 high and wraps them. And the replenisher that goes and gets all the food and puts them in the bays.
Assembly: Has also 4 roles. Labler which puts labels on the box, box folder which folds the box. The bays that put the bags that kitting prepared in the boxes. An the replenisher that keeps the bays stocked.
Shipping: I stacked and scanned all the boxes that assembly, assembled and put them on the crates so the the runner can come and pick them up to put them on the trucks.
