I was a PCT at this facility from 2019-2021. I then worked as a nurse apprentice until my RN graduation in 2022. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Provides support to patients, friends, and families during their time with us. Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport along with performing head to toe assessments. Performed wound care as well as provided therapeutic communication and education for patients.
