• Prepare the plane for takeoff and landing following standard procedures such as walking the aisles to ensure luggage is stowed securely and all passengers have complied with appropriate federal regulations.

• Attend passengers and provide a high level of customer service throughout every flight by greeting each passenger and providing information about airline procedures, seat locations, and inflight services.

• Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments
• Answer calls and schedule appointments appropriately and professionally
• Able to handle dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes
• Main duties will be customer service, which includes answering phone calls, checking in/checking out clients, monitoring client and schedule flow, and managing records
• Selling heartworm and flea control medications while scheduling follow-up appointments

• Enter data into a computerized billing program
• Currently serving as safety manager and overseeing all safety matters in the clinic

• Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service

• Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers
