Shelby Henderson

I was a preschool teacher in Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton's ASYMCA Fisher Children's Center. I worked with children ages three to five years old. I implemented the Early Learning Matters (ELM) curriculum. I created hands-on activities while also supervising and interacting with the children.

I was a kindergarten teacher in a team of four teachers. I worked with the team to create developmentally appropriate lessons that fit the South Carolina kindergarten standards. I created whole group and small group lessons within the class.

I worked with pre-kindergarten aged students. I created whole group and small group lessons following the South Carolina Earling Leaning Standards.
