Some of these jobs include food handling, cooking, general custodial work, babysitting congregants children/running the kids class for church, and tutoring. A few years ago my mom fell ill and I became her caretaker for over a year. I’d handle her medicine, change out oxygen tanks, maintain a watchful eye over her vitals, drove her to places, cooked and cleaned for her. While doing this I still managed to keep up with my studies, and maintain the household; graduating with High Honors, one of the tops in my class.
