Executive Administrative Officer
- Supported, managed and maintained the Senior Lead Office Manager’s calendar, scheduling and appointments while ensuring all meetings were appropriately prioritized and efficiently planned and executed;
- Coordinated, arranged, organized, managed, and facilitated all aspects of virtual meetings via Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams while also providing all meeting support materials and presentations;
- Recorded and maintained all Meeting Minutes both in-person and online as required while also ensuring proper distribution, follow-up and key takeaways of all Meetings were communicated and shared in a timely manner;
- Created, managed, and maintained all required meeting presentations via Microsoft Office Suites;
- Developed, tracked, and reported all Program Metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
