I have always strived to push myself past my comfort zone. I have been very determined to work the day i turned 16 starting out at Party City for the halloween season. From that company, I was given the opportunity to be trained as an assistant manager. Since obtaining the years of training to be an effective manager to the team and company goal, I have strived to find a job where I can lead a team that’s proud to be at work. A team that wants to have me as a supervisor. I have been in a manager position for over 8 years through various companies.
