Developed care plans for chronic and acute wounds, covering goals based on nursing diagnosis and
incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Monitors diet, physical activity,
behaviors, and other patient factors to assess conditions and adjust treatment plans. Collaborating with
supervising physicians with observations and concerns.
Observe strict safety measures, including checking medication dosages before administration to
patients.
Surgical and nonsurgical wound debridements.
Prescribing medicines in conjunction with wound healing.
