  • Oversee the coordination with dental insurance companies to ensure accuracy with Doctor accreditation and payment of claims, including correspondence and appealing claims
  • Manage employee relations and make sure staff has the necessary resources, support and training opportunities provided to them
  • Train and delegate office staff to help ensure systems and protocols, aligning with our annual plan, are in place to provide quality care to our patients
  • Determine staff schedules and ensure operational standards are met and to handle any confusion that may arise to keep order in the practice
  • Created and implemented a financial and patient-centric plan to keep operational during the Covid pandemic
  • Manage patient scheduling, direct patient traffic flow and handle any situation that may stop or slow the flow
  • Organize, present and educate patients of their treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office and to ensure a smoothly running, high morale office where the doctors are free to sell and deliver dentistry during production hours
  • Use and understand the Dentrix software in order to train and aid employees with navigation and handle any software difficulty
