I work with multi cultural communities on a volunteer basis as well. I am mission driven and self educated. This is not to underestimate my skills, matter of fact, I have assisted the people meant to assist many times. I have worked with Covid rental assistance, Medicaid as authorized representative for several, and negotiated leases on behalf of people in need.

I also assist to correct inaccurate background and credit checks by leasing companies. I have secured sec 8 housing in the best places, public elderly disabled housing during Covid, and made sure systems were expedited. I have knowledge of security 8, sec 811, sec 42 and income requirements. I would like an opportunity for a shill test if possible.
