My Own Words

Every day when I put the uniform on I strive to achieve a higher standard of not only safety and customer service, but dedication to Southwest Airlines and the ideals of Herb Kelleher. From the custodian to the Captain, I believe every human being is important and should be valued as such. Every day I help people in any way I can with empathy and dedication to service. Whether that is a copilot, a cabin crew member or any southwest employee or passenger, I believe in helping people get through a crisis, have a better experience at Southwest Airlines or just bring a laugh or smile to their face. I am a firm believer in never leaving a room without leaving a smile. Simple as that.
