  • When I accepted position at Sanford Health Care i worked 2 1/2 years in hospital setting as Charge nurse. I manage around 30 clients currently , Providing educational needs, wound cares/wound vac's, lab draws, warfarin monitoring doing home INR monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, tube feedings, Home IV antibiotic/fluid replacement therapy. Work with PICC lines/foley catheter insertion urinary and suprapubic catheters and Medication management.

  • Prior to Sanford Health worked for Trinity Health, Home Health/ Hospice service for 6 1/2 years full time then stayed on as casual to help out when they had needs. Work experience was similar as Sanford Home care however i worked with end of life patients. By working in Hospice area it helped me to become the nurse I am, compassionate, understanding, becoming a great listener as well as a mediator in difficult situation which often occurs in the medical field.
