I manage around 30 clients currently , Providing educational needs, wound cares/wound vac's, lab draws, warfarin monitoring doing home INR monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, tube feedings, Home IV antibiotic/fluid replacement therapy. Work with PICC lines/foley catheter insertion urinary and suprapubic catheters and Medication management.

Work experience was similar as Sanford Home care however i worked with end of life patients.
