Summary

Over the course of twenty-one years, I have preformed many tasks and services within the guise of the healthcare industry. I have worked as an individual providing direct care, as well as an individual of supervisory capacity. In the last four and a half years, my journey has brought me here to ECHO Health. At ECHO, I have provided exemplary customer service to our providers as well as our payers. Currently, I answer incoming phone calls to the Provider Support Department. I have learned a lot from my team and the surrounding teams and look forward to the challenge of what a new team experience may bring. I have worked closely with the EDI department in the past where I learned how to complete EFT and ERA enrollments as well and search for missing 835’s. I feel that I would be a valued asset to the EDI team. I am passionate about promoting lasting customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and unparalleled support. Proficient in customer service best practices and related options. I am a dedicated Customer Service professional with knowledge of service delivery and proven multitasking abilities. Committed to maintaining professional relationships to increase profitability and drive business results.
