Summary
Having a well developed experience in the elementary education school system from various perspectives allows development of a collection to enhance reading as well as include teachers and staff in a more personal way. By training and leading the librarians in seven elementary schools in the district, I have created a collaboration to share materials that gives us access to enrich each school collection through interlibrary loans.
