Proving care during the Menopause Transition, including perimenopause and Menopausal patients. Provided assessment and treatment following guidelines for care from the Natiinal Menopause Society, utilizing current and relevant research and protocols. Many patients are complex and high risk referrals from oncology, rhuematology , cardiology and neurology referrals requiring an advanced assessment of their menopause needs as well as providing both hormonal and nonhormonal treatments. Also specializing in complex sexual disorders including Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorders, sexual and genitopelvic pain disorders, complex neurological and structural disorder, and vulvar derm conditions.

• Worked closely with Urogynecology Team to provide care for women with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, recrrent UTIs/dysura, GSM, OAB, incontinence including pre and pist op assessments as well as other relevant urogyn conditions. Diagnosed and treated sexual medicine disorders:
• vulvodynia
• lichen sclerosis
• lichen planus
• interstitial cystitis
• clitoral pain,
• dyspareunia
• vulvar and clitoral adhesions
• vestibular pain
• genitourinary syndrome of menopause
• pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Enhanced quality of life by managing pelvic floor and pain disorders: prolapses, incontinence, incomplete emptying, urethral caruncles, and dyspareunia.

• Provided full spectrum gynecology including annual exams, birth control nexplanon and IUD placements, evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding/EMBs, irregular cycles, PCOS, menopause and other hormonal disorders, urogyn/incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.
• Developed and managed weight loss clinic using GLPs

• Achieved optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive gynecological care, including annual exams , irregular cycles, STDs, and abnormal Pap results. Improved quality of life for patients through menopause and PCOS management, while resolving urogynecological issues and providing contraceptive solutions, including IUD and Nexplanon insertions.

• MANAGED ST GEORGE CLINIC WHICH INCLUDED SUPERVISION OF STAFF, BILLING AND ONGOING EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS ON UROGYN ISSUES AND PROCEDURES.
• Surgical 1st Assistant, pre and post operative clinical care, treatment of menopausal and female hormonal issues.
• Pre and post op care of surgical patients.
