In ATAAPS, I do timecards, track staff leave and run reports
I also keep track of FMLA, Donated Leave Program, Paid Parental Leave, and the Advanced Annual and Advanced Sick Leave
In DMHRSi I ensure timely and accurate collection of man-hour utilization data through employee self-service, timekeeper specialist entry and batch entry into DMHRSi LCA by providing guidance and assistance to individual employees, timekeeper specialists and timecard approvers on the correct/best methods to enter man-hour data into DMHRSi LCA, set up timecard templates, create and maintain timekeeper groups and correct errors
Interprets, implements, and provides documentation and verbal guidance to users on the proper reporting of man-hours and selection of tasks
Reviews timecard status reports to identify errors and missing timecards
Works with organization Points of Contact (POCs), timekeeper specialists and timecard approvers to clear timecard errors and rejections
Research personnel demographic data, organization structure, projects and tasks to identify and resolve timecard flow issues as well as timecard error messages and issues
Provides guidance and recommendations to Human Resources POCs for the resolution and corrections of personnel demographic issues
I plan, coordinate and arrange temporary duty (TDY) travel for the Commander and staff
I make lodging, airline and rental car arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS)
