  • Also reviewed cases for referral to Department of Law for actions such as criminal non-support and employer non-compliance; prepared affidavits and other supporting documentation needed for referrals; communicated with case parties; their attorneys, employers, other agencies and states, both orally and in writing; reviewed documentation and correspondence submitted by case parties, and reviewed cases for appropriated enforcement actions
  • Also handled high volumes of email and phone calls from all case parties

I have worked in a very large team setting. Can type approximately 60-65 words per minute. Can deal with high stress levels and handle them well. Very knowledgeable with most office equipment. Also worked in a very confidential field having to take many training classes given by the IRS and other agencies since I used their systems in the course of our duties. Experienced with having to make judgement calls when supervisors were not available. Knowledge of how to use policies and procedures, prioritizing and organizing. I am a fast learner and easy to get along with.
