Organized and trained over 100 production technicians on work flow. Created user guides and training for technicians on Oracle usage. Worked with 7 engineers on project work continuous improvement, eliminating 25% of wasted time during processes, keeping millions of premium grade material off the ground. Reviewed all paperwork for Quality accuracy & internal customer specifications. Audited production technicians to verify all manufacturing instruction were followed. Create Safety & Process alerts and communicated to technicians. Enter Product Condition Information Requests for all deviations of processes on a daily base. Review batch exceptions forms for downgrades to avoid customers getting material with possible nitrogen risks. Plan for follow up path after downgrading events (fires, cakes going down wrong paths, etc.) Problem solving (incorrect information, missing information in the oracle system) Inventory adjustments in Oracle daily. Worked with 4 crews on improvement for safety performance. Currently work with Quality Assurance on backlog Titanium material in storage to upgrade new product grades. Resulting in an increase of over 6 million dollars.

Manifested out thousands of hazardous waste. Kept all site materials in compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements, placed placards on trucks daily for compliance with all regulatory requirements. Took care of hundreds of customers on a weekly base bringing in or taking out waste to or from our facility by ensuring correct paperwork and loads. Prepared chemical wastes to be incinerated by repacking, decanting, E-ducting and lab pack. Fed waste into the incinerator Unloaded hazardous waste from semi trailers and reloaded trailers Used a Mule to pull trailers and back them to the dock.
