I'm a facilitator and educator with over 20 years of combined experience working in a variety of settings, including university and secondary school classrooms, state and local agency conference rooms, prison educational programs, and yoga studios. Core objectives of my facilitative approach are to build trust, enhance collaborative capacity and and improve productivity among teams. I am passionate about leveraging my commitment to racial equity and my knowledge of systems thinking and social-emotional learning to support groups to identify and achieve common goals and work creatively together.
