Hobbies

Living a life filled with purpose and intention is my greatest joy! Whether I am tending to our various fruits trees, pollinating flowers, vegetable and herb garden or simply nourishing my mind and soul with loving self-care rituals, I do so with joyful intention. I delight in reading a wide variety of books which raise my awareness through conscious practices, while sharing these with my beautiful daughter, allowing us to grow and blossom. Immersing myself in cultures worldwide has opened my eyes and heart to new ways of co-existing and co-creating with others from whom I have much to learn. Supporting children and teenagers in re-wilding themselves in nature via nature connection activities, regenerative food growing practices, healthy and nourishing food preparation and recipe creation is one of my deepest passions and desires. By inspiring and empowering our youth, we carve a new and healing path for all to thrive!
