  • I am responsible for all hiring, training of staff, schedules, contract negotiations and ordering product for the shop.
  • We have a wholesale business that I oversee. I have cultivated strong relationships with clients, to ensure long-term success and loyalty. All orders are generated to me, I log them on the production schedule. When orders are complete, I invoice them through Quickbooks.
  • Our wedding business is booming! Inquiries come to me via our event site. I initiate a quote and send to the prospective bride. When accepted, I generate a contract. There is much communication from start to finish.
  • Where I shine is my customer service! We have a strong team that I have coached and mentored to provide the best customer interaction possible. Our shop is continually recognized for our warm, friendly service. I have a loyal following of guests that will ask for me on a regular basis.
