  • I currently perform the duties of entering and dispatching Commercial Dealer information into AS400 and TMS. I Process Data for Daily Inventory Reports, enter manual orders for commercial clients, verify if the units are ready for pickup, dispatch to Certified Carriers, update ETAs, contact clients and Manheim KC Commercial Reps about changes, delays, or issues with units. This job requires heavy Data Entry, Communication, Customer Service, Follow Through and Follow Up. I make daily calls and emails to our carriers about existing, late, or upcoming orders. I am proven to have a positive track record of delivering results, in a metrics driven market. I have a passion for results, resilience, accountability and determination to make good things happen.
