  • RECRUITING - Assist with creating job description and posting jobs on internal and external job sites. As well as job boards and search engines like Indeed and LinkedIn. Reviewing candidates resumes. Creating templates for welcome, offered or declined letters.
  • LEARNING - Educating employers on how to view, assign and create company approved training courses.
  • ACA COMPLIANCE - Assisting employers with maintaining their compliance dashboard to ensure they offer coverage to 95% or more of their full-time employees and dependents. Assisting with employees Forms 1094-C and 1095-C that they are correct and updated if needed.
  • EXPENSE - Assisting employers with creating, updating and assigning expense policies for employees
  • PERFORMANCE - Assisting employers on creating and assigning annual, semiannual and evaluation performance reviews.
  • SCHEDULING - Assist employers with creating, updating, deleting and assigning scheduling templates for employees.
  • TIME OFF - Assisting with creating, correcting assigning time off policies.
