Purchasing houses and condominiums. Organized contractors. Problem solved with issues including electrucal,,plumbing,structural, furnaces,roofing,,floor planning,drywall,painting,staining,. I haggled pricing for contractors. I worked along side of electricians plumbers cement jobs, built retaining walls,yard maintenance and planting of trees shrubs, fencing.etc, i have dealt with permits,city officials, court issues,title issies. I built a business while doing this side job. I am energetic,and love to problem solve. If i cant fix it i will find someone who will. I know many independent contractors to call on to get work done. Work well with others.
