My job as administrative assistant. I assistant in major job operations. Answered phones and direct calls to where they needed to be. I maintained a safe and professional environment.

As a service advisor I answered phones directed calls to where they needed to go. Scheduled work for mechanics. Worked closely with insurance companies and warranty companies.
