Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
• Works independently with a minimal need for guidance on a variety of projects
• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and other senior staff, to
include but not limited to preparing special reports, organizing, and maintaining correspondence
and records, following up on pending matters with limited or no direction
• Answers phone calls, screening when necessary
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
• Maintains administrative filing systems as assigned
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, meeting minutes,
meeting summaries, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff
• Arranges travel and accommodation for executives and employees as directed
• Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, takes meeting minutes, and records
and distributes minutes and/or meeting summaries
• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents,
determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering office supplies
• Coordinates maintenance of basic office equipment
• Provides oversight, scheduling, and direction for office cleaning crew
• Maintains kitchen area and stocks as required
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
• Performs other related duties as assigned
