• Participation in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings with IEP team (i.e. caregivers, classroom teacher, school psychologist, guidance/behavioral counselors, occupational therapist, physical therapist, job/vocational coaches).
• Documented developments and regressions in patients' speech, making treatment adjustments based on latest information.
• Daily record keeping (i.e SOAP notes, formal and informal assessments, etc.) through online system (i.e SESIS), in addition to necessary legal documentation related to IEP (i.e assistive technology consultations, evaluations, progress reports, etc.).
• Educated students and family members about various topics such as communication techniques or strategies to facilitate generalization beyond the classroom and school settings.

• Caseload of 21 students between the ages of 5-10 years of age with varied communicative needs associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder at PS 256Q@438.
• Collaboration with teachers and caregivers to program and implement compensatory and/or assistive technology (i.e. static display devices, communication boards, dynamic display devices and programs (i.e. Proloquo2Go and TouchChat) for basic communicative needs in the classroom and household.
• Provided information on speech improvement techniques and non-verbal communication methods.
• Monitored patients' progress and adjusted treatments accordingly.
• Performed clerical duties to prepare therapy materials and schedule exercises and activities.

Patient Access Representative

• Completed pre-arrival and check-in registrations through patient interviews to collect, record and/or confirm demographic information, insurance, etc.

Bed Board Utilization Coordinator

• Manage and coordinate daily bed management of a 591-bedded hospital relative to patient needs – diagnoses, class, level of care and service
• Assess bed availability and assign beds for new admitted patients, outpatient extended recovery patients, upgraded/downgraded patients, inter & intra-unit patient transfers, in addition to intra facility and external patient transfers according to established protocols.
• Communicate patient assignment to applicable medicine, surgical, and/or critical care teams & attending physician.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training.
• Provide reports of current total occupancy status to leadership and administrative staff of daily bed management workflow in to facilitate efficient patient placements.
• Collaborates with the Bed Utilization RN Coordinator, in addition to supportive service departments, to manage bed availability and optimize bed utilization.
