Reading, swimming and some hiking.
Sometimes you have to learn yourself and push oneself before assisting others. My son was having a hard time in swimming class. I couldn't assist of fear of drowning and so I became my own example and took a swim challenge in Arizona California and learned to swim in three days. Now my family and I swim 2 to 3 times a week rain or shine. I love to read and hike with friends.
