  • As the Branch Chief (Supervisory Management Analyst) for the Office of Management/Division of Management Services/Property Travel & Services Branch (OM/DMS/PTSB), I provided strategic, technical, and administrative direction, organizational leadership and representation to subordinates who developed, assessed, monitored, and consulted on CDERs Property & Travel Services Programs internally and externally.

I monitored, advised, and provided directions to CDER’s property and travel stakeholders regarding GSA and HHS accountable property and travel policies, procedures, and directives of senior management. I developed, interpreted, reviewed, analyzed, and ensured all CDER Office travel & property related functions complied with legal and regulatory requirements and met senior leadership, organization, and office needs. I coordinated and consulted with other Supervisors to ensure a close integration of processes, procedures and operations and I ensured compliance with administrative and government directives. I provided directions to personnel through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication and aligned the goals of the PTSB with CDERs goals, policies and strategies.
