• Implemented procedure redesign program for large commercial bank achieving a simpler, efficient version of retail desktop procedure library and related artifacts. Cleansed content by 34% eliminating over 1,000 pages in one-year's time.
• Consulted with Chief Risk Officer and Compliance & Risk Team at a large credit union to: implement new BSA/AML/OFAC system, improve physical security program, create procedure artifacts for three systems, improve Team and ERM communications.
• Wrote and tested hundreds of procedures for technology implementations: JHA Silverlake & ArgoKeys, Verafin BSA/AML/OFAC, D+H Mortgagebot LOS.
• Developed and executed training curriculum for SilverLake and ArgoKeys for audience of 200+ bank employees during period of critically tight timeframes.

• Program Managed $1.5 million bank processor technology conversion.
• Project Managed construction of $2 million DiNovo branch.
