I have always participated in fitness activities, including softball, soccer and running. I have run numerous 5k's, 10k's and half marathons. I have also completed 6 full marathons and participated in the Warrior dash.
I am currently certified as a personal trainer and yoga instructor.
I have three horses and like to trail ride. I also show my Tennessee Walkers in local shows and am currently training my three year old walker for trails and show.
