At Concentrix, I started off as a level 1 advisor assisting with technical support calls. I then transitioned and worked my way to L4 which was the last level of that line of business. I then moved on to leverage my quality assurance expertise and coaching skills to enhance quality assurance, customer relationship skills and foster strong partnerships with Operations to enhance business needs. By implementing rigorous procedural processes, customer relationship building and training, I significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, showcasing my ability to lead teams toward achieving excellence in quality control.
