Provided Fill-In Dental Hygiene services to Dental offices in the Charlotte-Metro areas. I provided services through Dental Staffing of the Carolinas, Inc as well as on my own.

• Provided Dental Hygiene services to clients on a part-time basis to maintain a high skill level in my profession and maintain a close personal relationship with my clients.

• Broadened territories and negotiated successful contracts by seeking out new dental clients and utilizing leadership skills.

• Created and managed client and applicant accounts, created contracts, fee schedules, marketing materials, provided temporary and permanent dental staff professionals to strong client base in the Charlotte-Metro area, Western Piedmont and various SC dental practices. Continually interviewed new applicants by verifying credentials, licensure, employment history and references, implemented creative marketing strategies for advertising including conference booths, continuing education seminars, mailings and door to door sales.
